Good lord, what a piece of crap. There were some pretty good special effects here and there, but good lord, the acting was pretty terrible. I think one of the characters was a Wayans brother. Ouch, he should've not taken this role, but you can't blame him for wanting to get paid.
It pretty much was a vehicle, I am assuming, to market GI Joe action figures and toys. But I would not want to take my kids to this movie, if I had kids, it was too violent. I would stay away from this movie.
